Ann Moore, FNP-C, Hepatology

Ann has over 30 years of liver disease and complex liver transplant management experience. As a board-certified nurse practitioner, Ann is recognized nationally for her liver disease expertise and serves as an advisor to many organizations and companies involved in managing liver disease. Ann provides care and treatment to patients, training to the medical community, tele-mentoring to rural and remote communities, and is a key provider and educator within the Viral ElimiNATION Centers (VEN Centers) and Arizona Liver Health clinics.

She has successfully expanded access to liver disease care throughout the state of Arizona, running numerous outreach clinics in rural locations. She was awarded the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner State Award for Excellence in 2014 for her work with Hepatitis C patients in rural and underserved communities and is tirelessly committed to her work toward the elimination of viral hepatitis.

Ann is also an associate member of the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease (AASLD), a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the Arizona Nurses Association.
